Rental Fees
Rental fees are applicable for a maximum of 4 hours usage per event. After 4 hours, there will be a charge of $100 per hour or any portion thereof.

Sanctuary: $600 (FCBC members) $1000 (non-FCBC members)
Fellowship Hall: $400 (FCBC members) $850 (non-FCBC members)
Classroom(s): $50 per room for duration of event. Classrooms can only be rented if fellowship hall is rented.
Additional Fees
**If Culinary Arts Ministry food services are requested, the Request Form for Culinary Arts Ministry must be submitted 3 weeks in advance of the event. Once the event has been confirmed, please ask for a quote from the Culinary Arts Ministry; the kitchen use fee will not be required.

Kitchen use: $25 per hour for up to 3 hours
Audio Technician: $25 per technician per hour + $50 for use of audio equipment
Video Technician: $25 per technician per hour+ $50 for use of video equipment (tapes, DVD, video camera)
Security: $25 per hour
Musical Instruments: $75 (refundable if there are no damages)
Choir rehearsal: $150 (limited to 1½hours)
Note: A deposit of ½ of the total rental fees will be due when the application is submitted. The balance will be due at least 30 days prior to the event. A $100 security deposit (refundable if there are no damages) is also due when the application is submitted.
